Not having a physical presence in your life, so much of a norm seems lost,
And yet so much more is gained that should a chance to embrace finds us,
That which wasn’t, is, and so much more we will have to cherish and sustain,
I will never again take my senses for granted, your missing presence touches my soul,
The feeling of your soft skin against mine, the caress of shape and curves,
Our lip embrace, the taste, the sweet aroma of our bodies entwined,
Whispers, near inaudible gasps of love, the beating of two hearts, turning as one.
We no not what we miss, until they are gone… what’s worse…
Never yet having, but wanting these all your life…. and when a chanced moment comes,
I will take hold and never, ever let go.
